Quality Process Overview

Every order at Jeltecn is reviewed against the agreed project specification before and after production. Application requirements — fluid, pressure, flow, spray pattern, connection and material — are confirmed at the quotation stage, and production and inspection results are checked against that same specification before the order ships.

This process applies to both standard catalog nozzles and custom-engineered designs. Where a project requires drawings, samples or additional inspection documentation, this is agreed with the customer before production begins.

Inspection and Testing Equipment

The following equipment supports incoming material inspection, in-process checks and final product verification:

  • CNC Machining Center — 20 sets
  • CNC Lathe — 30 sets
  • Centering Machine — 10 sets
  • Core Walking Machine — 15 sets
  • Laser Particle Sizer — 1 set, used for droplet size distribution testing
  • Water Testing Table — 5 sets, used for flow rate and spray pattern verification
  • Additional auxiliary inspection equipment — 20+ sets

Material and Documentation

Material grade and source are confirmed against the customer’s specification at order confirmation. Where a project requires a material certificate or traceability record, this is agreed and provided as part of the order documentation.

Jeltecn also maintains registered trademark and patent documentation for its product lines, available for review on our About page.

Evidence Boundary

A patent, trademark, quality certificate or material report applies only to the product and scope stated in that document. Ask our sales team for the specific document relevant to your order — general certification claims should not be assumed to extend automatically to every product line.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can Jeltecn provide a material certificate with an order?
A: Yes, where required for the specific material and order — confirm this requirement when requesting a quote.

Q: How is droplet size verified for atomizing nozzles?
A: Droplet size distribution is measured using a laser particle sizer under the operating conditions specified for the application.

Q: How is flow rate and spray pattern verified?
A: Flow rate and spray pattern are checked on a dedicated water testing table under specified pressure conditions before an order ships.
