Request a Spray Nozzle Quote from Jeltecn
Contact us for industrial spray nozzle selection, a product quotation, custom nozzle review or distribution inquiries. For a useful first review, include the fluid, flow rate, operating pressure, required spray pattern or droplet size, connection, material, temperature, quantity and delivery destination. Photos or drawings of the installation are also helpful.
RFQ checklist
Information to Include with a Spray Nozzle Quote
A useful quotation starts with the process requirement. If some values are unknown, send the available information and identify what still needs to be measured.
Process and fluid
- Application and required result
- Fluid name, specific gravity, viscosity, solids and temperature
- Normal, minimum and maximum flow and pressure
Installation and documentation
- Spray distance, target size, available space and orientation
- Connection, material preference, quantity and delivery destination
- Drawings, photos, acceptance criteria and documents required

How to Prepare a Spray Nozzle Quote Request
A useful spray nozzle quote starts with the process result and the actual operating conditions. Tell us whether the spray must clean, cool, coat, humidify, suppress dust, wash a gas, distribute liquid or perform another duty. This context helps the engineering review compare an appropriate nozzle family before dimensions and materials are finalized.
Describe the fluid and operating range
Provide the fluid name, concentration, specific gravity, viscosity, temperature and any suspended solids. Include normal, minimum and maximum flow and pressure when available. If compressed air, steam or another atomizing medium is used, state its pressure and consumption limits separately. Identify whether the values apply to one nozzle or the complete header.
Define the target and installation
Share the target dimensions, spray distance, orientation, available space, connection standard and any restrictions on drainage, carryover or wall wetting. A drawing, marked-up photo or simple sketch can clarify the position of the nozzle, pipework and surrounding equipment. For multiple nozzles, include the header layout and the required overlap or distribution objective.
State material and maintenance requirements
List the wetted-part material preference, corrosion or erosion concerns, filtration level, cleaning method and expected maintenance access. If the liquid contains particles, identify the approximate particle size and solids loading so free passage and clogging risk can be reviewed. Mention any industry or project standard that the finished component must address, without assuming that a nozzle alone certifies the complete system.
What if some information is unknown?
You can still request a spray nozzle quote. Mark unknown values clearly and explain what can be measured. Jeltecn can identify the missing inputs needed for a responsible comparison, but final selection may need testing or confirmation at the customer’s operating condition. Avoid estimating a critical pressure, flow or temperature when a measurement can be taken.
What happens during the review?
The review compares the stated duty with suitable spray patterns, pressure-flow data, droplet behavior, material options, connections and practical maintenance constraints. The result may be a standard product option, a request for additional data, a drawing or sample review, or a recommendation to validate the application before production. Commercial details such as quantity, destination, required documents and target delivery date should be included with the technical data.
Helpful references before contacting us
Browse the industrial spray nozzle types and application guides for terminology. For general spray patterns and operating principles, the independent nozzle function reference is also useful. Then submit the form above with the available data so the spray nozzle quote can be based on a defined requirement.
