Industrial Spray Nozzle: Nozzle Applications
As a top industrial nozzle manufacturer in China, Jeltecn Spraying specializes in producing various nozzles for all walks of life. Industrial nozzles are also known as spray nozzles. Most of them are installed in various spraying, atomizing, oil spraying, sandblasting, and other equipment. They also play different roles according to different needs and industries. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, steel, metallurgy, electronics, cement, food, paper, printing, environmental protection, painting, circuit boards, agriculture, animal husbandry, and other industries.
Types of Industrial Nozzles
1. By material
According to the material, it can be divided into metal, plastic, alloy, or ceramic nozzle. The first mainstream application on the market was metal and plastic nozzles. Due to the high cost of materials used, ceramic and alloy nozzles are suitable for some industries with high material requirements, so few people will use these nozzles.
2. Press the spray shape
According to the spray shape, it can be divided into cone, square, rectangle, oval, fan, column flow nozzle, etc. In addition to fan and column nozzles, there are also solid and hollow cone nozzles.
3. Through the fluid
According to the different properties of the nozzle fluid, it can be divided into the single-fluid nozzle (one substance), dual-fluid nozzle (two substances), and multi-fluid nozzle (two or more substances).
4. By Industry
Different industries, it can be divided into papermaking, petrochemical, electronics, textile, printing, environmental protection (desulfurization, denitration, denitration, dust removal, etc.), iron and steel metallurgy, coking, agriculture, food nozzles, etc.
5. Press Media
According to the spray medium of the nozzle, it can be divided into water, oil, powder, gas, mixed medium, coal-water slurry nozzle, etc.
Principle of industrial sprinkler
The main functions of industrial nozzles include dust removal, cleaning, cooling, spraying, coating, lubrication, removal, stripping, humidification, sterilization, disinfection, gas conditioning, spray drying, fire protection, etc. A nozzle is a device that can atomize and spray to pour out a liquid and suspend it evenly in the air. It works by squeezing the internal liquid into the nozzle through internal pressure. An iron plate is placed inside the nozzle, and the high-speed flowing liquid hits it and bounces to form atomized particles with a diameter of about 10-80 microns, which are then ejected through the nozzle outlet.
