According to the material, it can be divided into metal, plastic, alloy, or ceramic nozzle. The first mainstream application on the market was metal and plastic nozzles. The main functions of industrial nozzles include dust removal, cleaning, cooling, spraying, coating, lubrication, removal, stripping, humidification, sterilization, disinfection, gas conditioning, spray drying, fire protection, etc. A nozzle is a device that can atomize and spray to pour out a liquid and suspend it evenly in the air. It works by squeezing the internal liquid into the nozzle through internal pressure. An iron plate is placed inside the nozzle, and the high-speed flowing liquid hits it and bounces to form atomized particles with a diameter of about 10-80 microns, which are then ejected through the nozzle outlet.
